The truth for me is if breakfast best manner eggs and vegetables, I inadvertently take on intermittent fasting. In fact, I began IF by and large due to the fact I just couldn’t get down with a massive urge for food in the mornings! INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups almonds whole or pieces
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup maple syrup +2 Tbsp. extra you prefer a sweeter granola
- 1/4 coconut oil melted
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 250º F.
- vicinity almonds in food processor. Pulse until chopped and uniform. add ultimate nuts and seeds to meals processor and pulse until pretty uniform and no large pieces continue to be. switch nut-seed aggregate to a big bowl; add coconut flakes
- In a small bowl, integrate liquid components. Pour over nut mixture and stir to coat. spread out frivolously onto parchment-covered baking pans, ensuring the layers are pretty skinny.
- Bake forty five mins, then stir the aggregate. go back to oven, swapping rack position if pans had been baking on separate racks. Bake some other 30 minutes. Stir. put off from oven and allow cool or bake for some other 15 minutes for a crunchier granola. We opt for the more 15 minutes.
